By creating an account, accessing the blog, or posting comments on PokéFolio, you agree to these Terms. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and PokéFolio Sp. z o.o.
1. Privacy & Data Collection (GDPR)
To provide our services (Account creation, Blog interaction), we collect and process the following data:
Collected Data
- Email Address (Unique identifier)
- Encrypted Password (Argon2)
- IP Address & Timestamps (For security purposes and fraud prevention, only stored if explicit cookie consent is granted)
- Collection Data (Cards, Lists)
Storage Location
All personal data is encrypted and hosted within the European Union.
Provider: Railway (Region: Amsterdam, NL)
Account Deletion (Right to Erasure)
You can delete your account and all associated data directly via your User Settings > Danger Zone.
Irreversible Action
Deletion is permanent. Your collection, lists, and history cannot be recovered once confirmed.
Active Sales Restriction
For security reasons, deletion is blocked if you have ongoing transactions (pending shipments or payments) on the Marketplace.

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, or request the deletion of your personal data. If you cannot delete your account directly (e.g. due to active transactions), or if you wish to request a copy of your data, you can submit a formal GDPR request via our support center.

PokéFolio maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding toxic behavior. By posting on our Blog, you agree to adhere to the following strict rules.
A. Prohibited: Hate Speech & Discrimination
We strictly prohibit any content that attacks, threatens, insults, or degrades a group or individual based on:
- Race, Ethnicity, or National Origin
- Religion or Beliefs
- Sex, Gender Identity, or Expression
- Sexual Orientation
- Disability or Medical Condition
- Age or Physical Appearance
B. Prohibited: Harassment & Safety
- Doxing: Publishing private or identifying information about another person without their consent.
- Harassment: Repeated unwanted contact, sexual harassment, or bullying.
- Violence: Threats of violence, glorification of self-harm, or promotion of illegal acts.
Enforcement & Legal Cooperation
1. Right to Ban: PokéFolio reserves the absolute right to delete any content and permanently ban any user violating these rules, without prior notice or justification.
2. Law Enforcement: In case of illegal content (hate speech, threats), we preserve connection logs. We cooperate fully with police authorities. Upon formal legal requisition (Court order/Police warrant), we will transmit all user identification data to the competent authorities.
3. Intellectual Property & Licensing
Fan Project: PokéFolio is unofficial. Pokémon images and names are trademarks of Nintendo, Creatures Inc., and GAME FREAK. Used under Fair Use.
By posting content (comments, lists), you grant PokéFolio a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and moderate your content globally.
4. Customer Support & Account Access
Support Impersonation: In order to investigate bug reports and provide technical assistance, our support team has the ability to temporarily connect to your account (impersonation). We strictly guarantee that this access will only ever occur in direct response to a support ticket or bug report initiated by you, and solely for the purpose of resolving your specific issue. Your privacy and personal data remain fully protected.
No Passwords Required: We will never ask for your password. Your password is securely encrypted and completely inaccessible to our staff. Our technical team uses a secure, specialized internal administrative tool that allows temporary access to your account session without requiring or exposing your login credentials. All such interventions are logged and strictly audited.
